Bliss is looking for a Community and Events Assistant to join the Community and Events team within our busy fundraising department.
Our fundraisers are an important part of our strategy to reach every baby born premature or sick and we need your excellent administrative skills and attention to detail to provide them with the excellent supporter care they deserve.
As our Community and Events Assistant you will manage a range of daily and weekly tasks to ensure we deliver personalised communications and a seamless supporter care experience to our fundraisers.
You will process fundraising enquiries, send out materials and thank supporters using phone, e-mail and post. You will ensure our CRM is updated with all communication activity. You will contribute to Community and Events team meetings and planning activities. You will also have the opportunity to attend and assist at fundraising events.
