Bliss is looking for a specialist in fundraising and operations to lead a three-month special project reviewing Bliss’ fundraising and finance systems and implementing efficiency measures to its income allocation and thanking processes.
The project consultant will work across the fundraising and finance teams at Bliss and will have
- strong communication and leadership skills
- excellent project management skills
- technical ability with proven experience of delivering fast-paced change projects
- Experience of fundraising or supporter care within the charity sector is desirable
Bliss operates a flexible working policy and working hours for this role can be negotiated. This project requires close working with colleagues within the fundraising and finance teams and working hours would need to accommodate the need for internal meetings.
