Bliss is looking for an experienced manager to join its Services Department to lead our Healthcare Engagement Team.
Our Healthcare Engagement Team works with neonatal units and networks across the UK to promote and deliver Bliss’ health professional services, including the flagship Bliss Baby Charter, our training for health professionals, and seeks to build a professionals network to promote peer support and good practice across a community of health professionals.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be responsible for implementing and driving forward our strategy, which focuses on improving outcomes for babies, however long they live and however long their stay in neonatal care.
You will have a track record of working with health professionals and delivering programmes that support change in the NHS. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation helping to support premature and sick babies and their families.
