Bliss exists to ensure that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life.
We are looking for an experienced manager to join our Services Department and lead our Information and Support Team.
Our Information and Support Team provides emotional support and information for parents and families of babies born premature or sick, during what can be a very difficult time in their lives. This support is delivered through a number of channels, including volunteer-led support delivered face to face and via our helpline and multi-channel information content.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be responsible for implementing and driving forward our strategy which focuses on improving outcomes for babies, however long they live and however long their stay in neonatal care.
You will have a track record of volunteer management and training, developing support services, working with volunteers and leading and managing a team of staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Bliss to help to support premature and sick babies and their families.
