Project Lead Bliss Baby Charter

Bliss exists to ensure that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life.

We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our Healthcare Engagement Team to lead on Bliss’ flagship programme, the Bliss Baby Charter. The Bliss Baby Charter supports neonatal healthcare professionals to improve parental involvement in their baby’s care, known as family-centred care.

This role will lead on the development and growth of the Bliss Baby Charter and will work directly with neonatal units, networks, the NHS and external agencies to drive forward innovations and best practice in family-centred care.

With more units than ever undertaking the Charter across the UK, we are looking for someone who can take the Charter forward to the next stage of development - over the coming year this will involve both updating the Charter and also developing a digital platform through which we can more easily and efficiently engage with neonatal units and teams across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working within the health charity sector to influence change on a national scale. You will develop your project management skills and work closely with both the fundraising and communications teams at Bliss.
